So yeah, people, it's come to this. A simple notepad written page in html. No css, no fancy colours or fonts. No other pages. Just this one. NO images, no scolling marquees (ew!) and none of those really irritating 'transitions' between pages. Yuck, yuck, yuck!
So yeah anyway, the family site of the Sophie H girl (and if you were looking for the Kentish ginger lass, you came to the right place) has been taken down on a permanent basis. Why? Well you may have noticed this is a bt hosted sight. Lovely people, only you *have* to have a bt connection in order to ftp your pages in, and since I would prefer to shop around for providers, and I'm not inteneding to live at home forever (sorry Dad), this place will have to be put to rest. Weep you may. I for one will miss the cute piccies of my little dog. But it is so
I also realised it revealed too many things about me. Not that there is *that* much, although the chapters on my affair with Saddam Hussein were an interesting read. JOKE. But yeah, I have other sites as well. Yes I do know how to link, but I think it is more fun for people to find things for themselves. Or if you ask me nicely I may tell you. But seeing as how the majority of my friends and acquaintances either a) Know me well enough to ask or b) Are more then competant with teh interweb, I can't see my lack of links being a problem
It also struck me as a page created during another part of my life. Not one I regret, fear or deny, but one that I have left behind now. The past three years at University have had a vast effect on me, as I have met many people, have some of them become friends (and hopefully for long afterwards) and experienced and learnt much more then I had within the previous 18 years of my life. As a result, I have grown as a person. Not changed, but both outwardly and inwardly altered in some way. So in other words, the site was bunged together randomly, design was nice but getting stale (sorry Donna!), and my lack of updatingg was abomidable. (sp?) and having t3h friends oh l337, I realised it was embaressing p00p (or using l337speak is embaressing, your call).
So for those who know me, expect me to build on that other site, expect a portfolio of all the time I've been wasting on these past 3 years, and expect me! MUHAWHAWAHWAHWAHWHAW
